Being a retired couple and newcomers to the UK, we had tried several different agents and were having difficulty in securing accommodation. Andrea in Giblin’s letting department first showed empathy and common sense in realising our needs and giving us the opportunity to apply for the flat we viewed. Chloe Radford the letting manager then handled the verification process professionally and encouraged us to persevere in providing what was required.
The result is that we have been approved as tenants, have signed a 12 lease and are happily settled in a lovely renovated flat in central Dunstable.

We decided to use a local estate agents when selling our property and selected Giblin Property, a family-owned business. Onboarding was quick and easy and our property was soon on the market. All prospective buyers went through a vetting process to ensure they could afford the property and were in the market to buy which hasn’t always been my experience in the past with other estate agents. After a handful of viewings we were lucky to find buyers quite quickly and we rushed to find a property. Just a few months later and our property was sold and we had moved into our new house. Interestingly our buyers were also selling through Giblin Property.
I’m out of that local area now but would use again and would highly recommend to others. Invest in a family business that cares and not a high-street brand.
