Comical estate agent that doesn't reply to requests. The windows in my small flat would not open for over 2 months making the flat untenable and incredibly hot.

Stay away at any cost.

Absolutely shocking. Repeatedly reported issues with the flat, got no response. Very unresponsive to call, text or email. Culminated in a potentially serious injury when a shower screen I had repeatedly requested be fixed fell off whilst someone was showering. Not sure what we're paying all this money for.

I recently rented a room from Foysol and never had any issues. He was always really helpful and quick to answer my questions.
