My experience with Silverrooms was overall excellent! The letting agents, Alice and Sergio especially, were always super helpful and tried their best to make the moving process easy.

So far the worst experience of my life. I can tell many of the 5 star review are either fake or from friends of the agents. If you trying to find a place to call it home be aware that is not with this agency. I have waited half a year to write this review and I have no strength to even talk about everything that happened between me and this agency maybe another day I’ll do it! Avoid this place if you want peace and if you’re a person with morals because they actually don’t know what that is.

I've called sever times, no answer, then finally somebody has taken my call saying they'll call back but no one had done it so I went to the office, it says open on Google and on their door too but the door is locked and the only person inside in not opening! Great job

They are amicable people and their service is also good. I liked that they cleaned the communal area of the house every week (cleaning fee £20 per month). It helped us to keep a clean communal area.

The experience was HORRIBLE. I was not able to visit the accommodation because I live abroad and just wanted to find sth comfortable in London for my Erasmus exchange! And when I arrived, the house was awful, dirty and it had bed bugs!!! They are not professional and just in for the money! Dario was our agent and he was always pressuring us into signing the contract (there was no rush, they just wanted to get rid of those disgusting rooms). The first night I slept in the room, I had bites all over my arms and face and the agency did not even care about it! They were not listening and always blaming other people! I recommend Olympia property which was wayyyyyy better in the east end area :)

I’ve stayed in the accommodation managed by Silver Rooms for 18 months and I can’t say my experience was great. Quite the opposite. There was a number of issues with the way the agency managed the property, approached resolution of the issues and communicated with the tenants. I used to live with flatmates who can confirm this review as we all suffered these problems together.
To make it easier, here’s an extensive list of issues I encountered with Silver Rooms:
1. Rats in the flat
2. No communication between landlord and tenants
3. Everything in the flat broke and took not less than 2 weeks to be changed (including fridge which means we had no place to store food)
4. Put bill illegally and with no consent on other tenant name.
5. Took a while to reply to any email.
6. Plenty of problems still weren't fixed in the house when I left (intercome, shower mix)
7. Deposit protection certificate was never sent until we asked for it.
8. Agents are rude when it comes to solving the problems saying it's our fault.
9. Plenty of letters are coming on the Landlord's name stating that he doesn't pay bills, pay overdue and Immediate action is required.
10. Do not take actions unless the situation aggravates and/or you start mentioning about rights, law and court.
11. When your tenancy is over, they do not want to provide any other accommodation and refuse to have any contact with you.

I have been a tenant of a silver rooms property for about 18 months. Shortly before Christmas 2022 during a week of sub zero nighttime temperatures I had a problem with condensation collecting on the floor underneath my bed. I took some photos and emailed the team.

One man in particular - Ibrahim - was exceptional; fast to respond, highly communicative and very helpful. Once we had identified the problem correctly the Maintenance team came around and CONSTRUCTED AND NEW BED for me. Best possible service - highest possible recognition to all involved.
