My wife and I worked with Joe at Trend & Thomas to buy our first property. Joe was very professional, took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed and chased both parties when necessary. He remained on top of the case even when the transaction took slightly longer than expected.

Once the sale was completed, Joe was kind enough to put us in touch with local tradesmen regarding a few minor jobs at the property which saved us both time and money.

We used Trend & Thomas to sell my mother's house in Rickmansworth, which took many months to finally achieve. All of the problems that we encountered were dealt with extremely rapidly and professionally by Joseph and the team.
