Never actually got a house with them. They had one my friends and I were extremely keen on and they said we could have it. They then lead us on for a week and a half before telling us we couldn't have it anymore 2 weeks before our move in date.
Avoid at all costs

Impossible to get in contact with. Main phone is dead, email unattended, agents don’t answer their mobiles, website is in development stages and absolutely no social media to speak of. I spent nearly 2 months trying to secure a flat through them, during which time no agent was even bothered to attend a viewing, I showed up and only builders were there. Then after weeks of offering to take the flat I finally got a call back saying they’d send a holding deposit form over that day. Of course they didn’t. I spent the next 10 days calling every number I had, only twice was it picked up. Both times I was told I’d get a call back later that day which I didn’t. Nearly 2 months after offering to take the flat I get a text that the place has already been let. Unprofessional to say the VERY least.

I'm a prospective tenant and can't get through to them by phone or email about houses they have available on Zoopla - if you're a landlord and you expect to get your property rented through these guys, good luck.

Very helpful staff

Pathetic estate agent. We worked with Yusuf who first of all ignored all calls regarding the tenancy agreement and associated matters with our chosen flat. We were then due to move into the flat and were then told 5 days before our move-in date it was not possible to move in. We were left homeless and had to get expensive temporary accommodation. I would highly recommend avoiding them.

I've been with them for two years and have never had any problems. Yusuf always tries to be helpful when I need .
