Juliette and the team at Morgan and Associates have been exemplary in the sale of our mothers' cottage. Juliette attended promptly to value the cottage and give a realistic market appraisal. At all times the team have been extremely responsive to any queries and have been proactive in addressing various issues which have arisen in order to progress the sale. I have been hugely impressed by their professionalism, balanced with a friendliness and ' can do ' attitude at all times. I cannot recommend them highly enough, so look no further if you are looking for hard working Estate Agents with integrity!

I wrote to a few estate agents explaining what I was looking for and Morgan & Associates was one of the only ones to acknowledge my email. They were friendly and easy to talk to from the start, which was a great help as a first time buyer.
When I found a property I liked listed with them, they really helped me through the process and were careful to look after both the seller's and my interests.
The only (very small) criticism would be, that as they are a small company, the sales representative wasn't available either time I viewed the property, and the people who showed me around weren't able to answer many questions. But I was able to follow up on those things easily.
