As first time buyers, my wife and I didn't have a clue when it came to the whole process of buying a house. A friend of mine recommend Unique saying they made the whole thing smooth and easy. How correct he was. Suzanne responded to my messages promptly and set us up with a mortgage advisor called Cara, who was brilliant. Explained everything clearly and kept us up to date on every aspect. We moved into our beautiful new home last week and are beaming with happiness. Thank you Unique.

We chose to sell our house with Unique, as we bought it through them 2 years previously and received brilliant service. This time was no different. Absolutely fantastic Customer Service from the get go. Dealt with either Olivia or Dominica. They were both very professional, caring and understanding. We had very difficult buyers making many demands and Dominica stepped in, took control and got the results we needed. I totally recommend buying and selling with Unique Thornton. And this was your review - Great! Sold our daughter’s house in just over a week. Marketed it how we she wanted it doing and at an agreed price. And did the viewings. Fast efficient and professional. Kept her in the loop even if it meant going through her protective dad! Gave good advice not only for the house she was selling but also on her new house which was for sale through another agent.

As for Dominica….just excellent, remembered our names from nearly 15 years ago when we last dealt with her not sure if that says more about Dominica’s memory or me for being memorable either way it was like meeting up with an old friend she was very reassuring during what has become quite turbulent times.

Wow what an estate agent Unique in Thornton is...at last one that gives estate agents a good name!!

The team of Olivia, Dominica, Sam, Sarah & Rachel are truly professional in their jobs and their fantastic property knowledge, friendly customer service and prompt feedback is to be admired no matter how busy they are during the viewing to offer stage.

Then they excel again once an offer has been agreed due to their excellent understanding of the selling/buying process which no doubt ensures the sale progresses quickly and they continually keep all parties informed throughout this whole process.

They seem to treat every sale as if it were their own home they are selling/buying and they have a warm, welcoming, understanding and personable nature whenever you need to speak to them.

This is 3rd time I have dealt with Unique now in Thornton to sell property (March 2020 3 bed detached, Dec 2021 4 bed detached & Oct 2022 3 bed semi) and on each occasion I cannot fault the team no matter who you speak with.

You can try the rest but I only use the best...and that's the team in Thornton...Olivia, Dominica, Sam, Sarah and Rachel.
