I rented an apartment from them and they are really polite and helpful. My move was very easy and everything i had asked them to sort out was all done.

I have been a rental tenant for over 2 years now and i can say with confidence that these are my go to personal real estate agents! From the day i moved in they have been of assistance whenever i needed it. Unlike other agents, Copehill actually looks out for their tenants whether it be increasing the internet speed or cleaning up the rooms, these guys make sure your rental money is worth it. I highly recommend renting properties off these agents if you are looking to live in Shoreditch or Whitechapel area.

Most rude and unprofessional agents that you can come across to if you are unfortunate enough. After paying them £850/month for a room we found ourselves in the situation where we were calling even 2-3 times a week to remind them to TOP UP THE ELECTRICITY!!! It happened multiple times to be left out WITHOUT ELECTRICITY which it’s a basic necessity. Also it takes them a while to replace anything faulty in the house. Good luck if you decide to rent with them.

Amazing service!!! I had a really good experience at Copehill estate agents. Manish was able to help me find the best apartment suited for me and is always on hand whenever I have any enquiries. Overall really good experience.

I had a very poor experience with Copehill, Initally, I called up with an enquiry regarding availability of premises, the gentlemen advised me he will send me an email shortly which is fine, after waiting roughly 4 hours I decided to call just to make sure they got the correct email, his response was "look im busy right now I said I will send it, im with a customer. What an amazing customer experience....

Avoid using this letting agents at all costs. Their customer service is quite frankly shocking. They never answer the phone. If they do they say someone will get back to you or ask you to send an email but they do not respond to the emails or even call back. They also scam people out of their deposits. They did not use any of the deposit protection agencies either DPS, My Deposit or Tenancy Deposit Scheme required by law in the uk to protect my deposit when I rented with them. This has made it near impossible to get my deposit back from the letting agent without having to go to court, despite the fact that the landlord said I could have it returned in full. When trying to contact the letting agent about this they again do not answer my phone calls, letters and emails and do not call back when they say someone will be in contact with me. The office is also always closed when it says it's open on google which makes talking to someone in person impossible. Seriously do not recommend. Wish I had rented from a more professional company.
