Very unprofessional. Paid deposit and ensured us we will have the place only to give it to someone else which was chosen by the landlord. They should of had better communication with the landlord and not tell us after a week someone bid higher. Took weeks to receive our refund and was ignoring calls and emails. Please next time notify your clients early and work on communication with the landlord, it was a waste of time and we could of found another property instead of waiting.

STAY AWAY from these unprofessional liars. Paid deposit and assured that I would get the property and after so much effort and hassle, they CANCELLED everything and wasted time. Absolute disgrace of a company ruining and wasting time of several people just to make a few more quid. No guarantee and unprofessional conduct with clients with little to no notice of such changes. Absolute joke.

Rony and team really helped me out to find a house in London, in a student-friendly budget. Very good experience.

The entire process was seamless! City huts even accommodated my request to move in earlier than the agreed date and made sure that the flat was professionally cleaned. Highly recommended!

They showed me an interesting-looking property in poor condition, claiming that the landlord would be happy to carry out any works I requested in the offer. So I put in an offer listing a series of essential works to be carried out prior to my moving in. My offer was accepted, and when I moved in I found to my dismay that two thirds of the works had not been carried out! The property was dirty throughout, there were cracks on the wall, there was mould, old furnishings were still in, an obsolete fire alarm system dangling from the wall, the front doorway was still in shambles, the entrance door's glass was still broken, there was a massive pile of rubbish on the frontyard, and I could go on.

They then denied having agreed to carry out the remaining works (despite it being written down in the offer)! I had to get a lawyer involved. When they got a replacement tenant who would pay less rent than me, the landlord had me agree to have the difference in rent deducted from my deposit, or else they wouldn't end the tenancy.

Beware the low prices, smiles, and promises.
