I first began using Whitegates to manage my property in 2007, and I encountered a few problems with them when different people were employed there. However, the current team are professional, friendly, and always resolve any problems quickly and effectively. I've been helped by Lyndsey and Rachel amongst others, and the excellent Michelle who I can always trust to handle efficiently any issues that I may have. I feel in safe hands with Whitegates Bootle. Can't really fault Tom or Cam at Whitegates. Communicated with weekly check-ins at the end of each week while we were getting the purchase off the ground, to see how we were getting on and let the sellers know. Then helped with any additional resources we needed to get through to completion. Managed to get the sale through in just under 8 weeks. Which is pretty good these days.

Tom was really helpful from the get go. From when i decided to put my house on the market he explained everything to me so I understood the process. The first buyer pulled out near the end of the process and Tom reassured me they would get another buyer, which they did straight away. Sale all went straight forward this time and completed today. Thanks again :)

Overall a good experience and my particular thanks to Tom who effectively ran point on the sale and remained professional throughout. Communication at times was a bit difficult but you also need to consider this against the back drop of a very busy estate agents (understandibly so!) who are working hard to satisy the wants and needs of all their customers.

I have recently just bought a house through white gates! Camron and Tom helped me and got things pushing through! Very friendly and approachable. My only flaw would be the solicitors recommendation I found them super slow and lack of communication between sellers and buyers solicitors which caused a-bit of frustration. But it still went through in a reasonable amount of time after pushing.

First class service I would highly recommend. Huge huge thanks and appreciation to Tom and James. A difficult situation for me based in Spain, helping my elderly father who is house bound sell our old family home in Litherland. Tom and James were super professional and efficient, and also so understanding, empathetic and went out of their way to support me and my father along the journey. I cannot thank them enough. They marketed the property brilliantly, secured us a buyer at the price we wanted, really quickly, liaised with us throughout the journey, and ensured we were kept up to date. THANK YOU so much. I would highly recommend you to everyone I know.

I purchased my new home over the past couple of months and really appreciate all the help and support given to me throughout. As a first time buyer I didn't know what the hell I was doing to be very honest, but my main point of contact (Tom Simpson) was always calm and helpful when I needed help.

Everyone told me moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do, and yeah it is, but Tom managed to take some of the stress out of it for me
