We found all the staff at Unique Estate Agency very professional and they definitely would go the extra mile to help. Ruth especially we could not praise enough she was chasing our solicitor for us on our behalf to try to move the sale on. Would definitely recommend them .

Very unprofessional- arrived at the property to be told we were not booked in. My daughter made the appointment a week ago

Everyone is friendly when you speak to them however they never seem to know what's happening. Every time you call it's a different person and there seems to be no communication between them.

Took 2 months to replace a carpet in the bedroom that reeked of dog when we moved in. Cleaned it many times with wet wash but it was still disgusting.

Money and deposit wise it was all fine but it's unclear what you actually pay them for.

Except Denise in Clevelys office, she cleared things up both times I managed to get through to her with no fuss, very professional and friendly. 5 stars for her.

Angela is always "on point" with her valuations & her team at Fleetwood office ably back her up keeping sellers & potential buyers up to speed with any & all developments

Excellent service, friendly efficient and courteous....They keep you in the loop, do follow up called and relay feedback to you. The only downside is that they are so good they are very busy! So didn't have time to actually do my viewings when the prospective buyers were available, I had to do them myself. Still sold my house for what I wanted even with the strict covid restrictions.
