I purchased the property through Stags Exeter (Sales) & they too were excellent however the lettings team has on many occasions gone above & beyond. There have been new additions over the years yet the level of service & communication continues to be fantastic. The photos that Stags uses when listing houses are very misleading, in my experience. Houses with damage (huge wall cracks, stained and threadbare carpet, etc.) are not visible in the photos but eminently apparent in person. They also tend to price their properties on the very high end of the spectrum. In a hot market, this works, but in a cool market it means they're pricing too high and properties don't actually sell. Staff at Stags are really good, friendly and knowledgeable, so that's one plus. I'm not sure I would list a property with them though, as the risk of turning off buyers with the misleading photos and very high prices would dissuade me.

What lovely people the Stags Lettings team are! They've been really helpful, professional and efficient throughout my tenancy, and I feel very fortunate to have lived in a property managed by them. Highly recommended.
