We recently sold our home through James Ackerley and were very impressed throughout with his straight forward advice and honesty. James and Morten worked on the sale of our house having been recommended to me to sell Guildford town properties. James absolutely delivered on the price he said he could get and both James and Morten worked hard to get the sale through after it was agreed. Morton and James handled the sale of my deceased fathers property for my sister and I sensitively and well. I viewed a house in Guildford this week.

THE AGENT DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME TO SEE IF I WAS INTERESTED...

Also the agent I was dealing with didn't turn up for the viewing - instead his colleague attended (which was fine), but it would have been polite for him to have inform me beforehand.

When selling a house with...knight Frank or any agent - ensure you push them to earn their money.

We exchanged contracts today and it was a blessed relief to the end of a tumultuous several months! Which is perhaps not how you would expect a 5 star review to start.... But we wouldn't have even got this far if it wasn't for the folks at Knight Frank. Lets be honest, buying or selling a house is stressful. Like really stressful.

We got unlucky with some bad buyers (truly awful people, that no-one could have predicted) that meant it took a little longer for us than we first expected. But thanks to Knight Frank, their professionalism, great comms, masterful knowledge - we sold our current house and bought our dream house, and we recovered from our initial bad buyers.

Because unfortunately these things do happen. Especially in the housing market. Should you be unfortunate enough to encounter these events, you will want to be with the likes of Knight Frank to recover.

We want to also call out someone particular. Tim Harriss. Simply put you will not find a better estate agent in all the land. He is a master of this craft, excelling in people, which is what it is really all about. He is also supported by a wonderful team, including Morten, Jack, Annie and Sarah.
