We used Martin and Co when looking to buy a new house. Their communication was excellent as was their timekeeping and availability when looking to view properties. We found our new house through them and Tamara was incredibly understanding and helpful when the purchase got a little tricky towards the end. She reassured us and kept us informed, and got involved when necessary to help the purchase go through smoothly. Would definitely recommend them to others and would happily use them again.

Cannot fault the service from Martin & Co. From the outset, approaching them looking to rent privately in difficult personal circumstances they could not have been more understanding and helpful. I rented an older property that did have a lot of issues throughout the tenancy but I cannot fault Martin & Co's response, everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently with no chasing from me. It is pretty rare that you encounter a business like this where they are truly providing an excellent service in all circumstances. Wholeheartedly recommend them.
