I have used Martin and Co (Wolverhampton) twice to let out my property, and on both occasions they have done a fantastic job! The professional and efficient service has been of a high standard and the turn around time of letting my property out has been speedy.

The staff and management are very proficient and friendly and are always happy to help.

Most importantly I am happy that Martin and Co has provided me with good quality tenants on both occasions which give’s me piece of mind that I have tenants occupying my property who will look after it.

A week after viewing a property for rent I had the keys in my hand, ready to move in. Maria was an excellent contact who handled all my queries very professionally.
Would have had 5 stars if the apartment had had a thorough deep clean before handover along with system checks on heating and drainage systems. I wasn't expecting to have to call out the maintenance team within 2 days but they have promised to attend the problem within 24 hours.

I really satisfied with overall experience with Martin & Co. Maria was really helpful and supportive Inn terms of delivering the flat on time.

I will give big thumps to all their staffs in addressing our queries in responsive manner.

After paying timely rents for over 2 years, these guys are in union with the landlord to rip me off my deposit. The house was in a mess when I moved in and I snapped all pictures, now they want me to fix their house better than when I left it. Stay away from these guys please, there are better letting agencies out there that will be more focused on your welfare rather than rip you off your deposit.

My experience with Martin and Co has been wonderful! Claire has been amazing, sending me emails, and keeping me updated on when a property came onto the market which fit my requirements.
