Wanted to sell our house and asked a number of agents, including those operating on- line, to inspect and offer their services. Wares, fitted the bill, local, understood the market and were both friendly and efficient, without over promising success. They applied their knowledge of the local market and kept expectations in the real world. Kept informed, acted as the interface between all parties and despite a couple of setbacks quickly found new buyers and successfully concluded a sale. Our thanks to Simon and Ola, great team, to be recommended.

Had a bad experience with this company. We applied for a property with them after a viewing, our application wasn't chosen which isn't an issue, but they didn't even ring us to let us know. It took us chasing up 3 times. Following that we had a viewing booked for another property, they said they had to cancel due to staff illness which again, isn't a problem, but when we asked when it would be rearranged for they said it wouldn't. Even though we were one of the first to enquire. Communication doesn't seem to be a strong suit which isn't an especially appealing trait from a lettings agent.

*edit* Simon contacted me regarding this review, and was very helpful trying to work out what had happened, although, the review still stands. He also let me know if I didn't look at taking the review down or editing, he would have to take things further - not entirely sure what this is supposed to mean.

I'm very pleased I chose Ware and Co. They provided an excellent marketing service (with impressive photos). I liked having the 2 same people working on my sale from start to finish so they knew the details thoroughly and responded to requests and questions the same day. They were professional, experienced and friendly. I would definitely chose Ware and Co again.

I recently purchased a flat listed with Simon Ware. Dealing with Simon was a very pleasurable experience. He was very patient & generous with his time when arranging viewings & diligent with his follow up of all of my questions. I was not familiar with leasehold properties so there was a steep learning curve with all the idiosyncrasies involved in the process. Nothing was too much trouble. I dealt with Ola in the office. Her customer service was outstanding. She was very responsive & I cannot thank her enough for her attention to detail. I would recommend this company.

Gabby has gone above and beyond in terms of fast communication and organising of viewings. The process of letting and finding a property can be a little stressful at times and I cannot fault the service we have had from Ware & Co making the process that little bit easier!

Ware & Co acted on my mother's behalf to sell her flat in Taunton. Simon valued the property at £10,000 above what we expected, yet sold it within 72 hours - that's a result in anyone's book!! There were some complications in the sale process not of their making, which were handled professionally by both Simon & Ola directly with us and our solicitor. They were always available to answer queries quickly and professionally. Therefore, we have no hesitation in recommending to all!
