They keep in regular contact, and you receive email and text notifications of viewing appointments and offers, backed up by telephone calls to discuss viewing reviews.
Once sold - regular updates regarding the sale progression and they keep in touch with all parties involved.

From the outset of valuation staff have been professional courteous and knowledgeable and made us as the seller feel important. They have been super responsive to any query no matter how small even when a member of staff away or on leave the care followed through and all information flowed seamlessly. I would buy a property specifically in the future if Buckley brown is the agent as they are just faultless and constantly on the ball.
