I don't understand why the reviews are so bad. It is the only agency in Corby that rented a house to me (a single mother with children), I heard only kind words during the inspections and their reactions to any faults (and there were a lot of them) were immediate.

Very happy with the agreement we have with the agency and would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a nice home. Friendly and professional staff who is always looking to provide assistance if needed and the best service

I have been in our house for nearly 13 years with cunninghams -all I can say is wow and a huge thank you for everything you guys do-any help I need it's sorted - such a caring bunch aswell !! If anyone was to look at private rent -buying-selling a house I highly recommend them enough ☆☆☆☆☆

Cunninghams have managed our rental properties for 30 years. They have always acted in a professional and friendly manner. I would not hesitate recommending them to any landlords. From my experience the team also deal with tenants in a professional way to ensure that they find a suitable property and liaise equitably with the landlord on their behalf.

Mel was amazing, super helpful with our house search, great ambassador for the company and worked much harder to make sure we saw more houses than we were planning to with the company from our Rightmove property list, she moved some appointments around so we could back to back a couple of viewings and we went with Cunninghams for our move in the end and the whole process was very smooth, we just have to pick up the keys now
