My life changed dramatically last year which left me needing to find somewhere to live. Not only was Rob sympathetic to my situation, he gave me a few choices of studios that he felt would suit my requirements. Not only are the studios built and fitted out to a very high standard, they are beautifully decorated and fully furnished, plus the application process was simple and stress free. I am happy to say I am now one of his tenants and couldn’t wish for a better landlord 😊

Rob is an amazing landlord that constantly goes above and beyond any expectations tenants have. He welcomes and implements any feedback, no matter how big or small. Additionally, the accommodation that is provided by Rob is exceptional, the studios are safe and well-equipped. He has thought of every little minute detail that I didn’t even know I needed! No problems or troubles with Rob at all and I wouldn’t recommend him to absolutely everyone with no hesitation.

The team at Bond Housing Group has been nothing short of excellent during my stay at one of their modern and affordable studios on Richmond Road, Lincoln. The apartments are well designed, and we felt very safe and secure in the property. Whenever we had a maintenance issue it was solved within a day with no hassle. The landlord and other workers at Bond Housing Group are all very friendly and approachable, making living here a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend Bond Housing Group to anyone interested in their properties.

The quality and privacy of my studio is brilliant! When there is a maintenance issue this is dealt with efficiently. Communication with Bond housing/the Landlord/Cloud lettings is very effective and responses are quick! Staff members are also very polite! I have absolutely loved living here, I am in the final year of my Masters degree and my studio was a great space to live for this! Great location (West end) and I was able to have parking included which was really helpful! 10/10

They are very professional, arranging, understanding and respectful letting agency. Respond very quickly to your questions by phone or email and do the best for you in no time.
The studio/housing are very well maintained clean and quiet with good, nice and clean furniture.
I'm a worker and i stayed 2 years in one of they studio in the city centre of lincoln and it's been brilliant.
For me the all included in the rental month's and the furnished studio is the best in my position.

Rob has been nothing short of fantastic right from the beginning. From showing me a range of rooms/flats that were within my budget, he also made sure that the flat I liked fitted my budget and was available for me as soon as possible. The flat itself is extremely well maintained and well priced, especially considering that everything was included.

Easily the most seamless and trustworthy housing I've had. Modern agency with efficient communication and an extremely helpful and down to earth team. Look no further than these folks!

I stayed with Bond for my second and third years of university and could not be happier with my time there. If you have any issues at all, the landlord is incredibly responsive and easy to contact, any issues were sorted in a very short period of time.

An example that particularly impressed me was I was not receiving a good WiFi signal in my room on the second floor of my three storey house, I contacted Bond about this, and within a week or so there were WiFi extenders installed on each floor.
