Many thanks to the team at Martin & Co. Sarah who lead the sale of my property was first class. Always on the end of the phone and quick responses via emails when needed. Even when Sarah was away on holiday, Vanessa step in and seemed to be up-to-date immediately. Great team work, would highly recommend them for both lettings and sales.

I was recommended the Martin and Co Mansfield branch by a friend so I choose to have them value my house for sale. Vanessa came out to my house she was extremely friendly and took the time to explain the process to me giving me a fair valuation for my house. On how Vanessa was with me I chose Martin and Co to sell my house over other local companies. My house went on the market and was sold within a week. From the sale to the competition I received regular updates from Sarah, she was really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them. Brilliant service.

Extremely happy with the service from Martin and Co. They took our criteria and price range and worked around us to find a house that was more than suitable. Very easy process and more then happy with end result. Where other letting agents wouldn't let us know about other properties or learn about what we wanted Sarah went above and beyond to find out exactly what we were after and let us know about multiple options for us.

Martins at Mansfield May not be the biggest estate agent as another company in Mansfield claims but it is caring, efficient and date I say dedicated to making moving house stress-free with expert advice and extensive knowledge. This has been applied to both parties buying the same house. The photographer and video maker is second to none giving your house the best chance of a sale. Regular updates via text and phone kept both me and my husband sane at times.We were even included in their emails to other parties making all the correspondence transparent. We would not hesitate to recommend Martins at Mansfield or use them again.

Sarah Durkin was absolutely amazing at helping me move really swiftly due to an emergency - she was so attentive, polite and understanding. So happy to have been in her hands!

Martin's provided a great service and saw me through the whole process, quick and efficiently. Keeping me updated regularly. I could have gone for a cheap online estate agent but going with Martin's was well worth the extra money for a personal and professional service. All the staff I dealt with where very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.
