I have used seabreeze recently to manage my property while living abroad and in recent times to sell the property. I have always found Brad and team very helpful and swift to respond to any queries I had. They managed and found great tenants for the property quickly and also were very positive and helpful when selling the property. I would certainly recommend seabreeze homes.

Seabreeze helped me find somewhere to rent when I was in between selling my flat and buying my current home. I spoke with Chrysti and Brad who were so friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to get me a suitable place quickly. The whole process was stress free. Great service, I would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service from the team and specifically Chrysti and Roz who have been so supportive and helpful from the minute we viewed the property, to getting us set up and settled in, and anything we’ve needed since (big or small). Cannot recommend them enough. The property is wonderful, and the whole process was stress free due to them being so proactive, not to mention how quick they are to get things done. Wouldn’t want to use another agent now!

We have sold two houses with Sea Breeze. I can't recommend them enough. For the most recent sale we got valuations from several agents in the area and we felt Brad from Sea Breeze was the only one who completely understood our situation and our property. It was marketed well, they only booked in decent viewings (with a toddler we didn't want to keep having to tidy the house unnecessarily!) and sold within a week for just below asking price.

I'd particularly recommend if you have renovated a property as we had done - other agents just seemed to make valuations based on zoopla estimates as opposed to Brad knowing the area and understanding the value of the specific property. Thanks guys!

Seabreeze is a well-established and very experienced agency in the area.
