David Baker & Co initially assisted with the rental of my property, and then dealt with the sale thereafter. Brilliant service and helped me through each process in order to make it as stress-free as possible. For example, when it felt like delays were occurring with completion (due to the other side), the team really helped push it over the line; every time I called in to check, someone at the office had already taken some kind of action.
