CPS Homes Estate and Letting Agent

I have been renting a property managed by CPS and frankly, they are the best agency in Cardiff.
Whenever something gets broken they are very quick to fix it (and for me this is the top 1 thing I search for in an agency). They are very responsive and reliable.
Their staff is super efficient and organized. If we have ever had a problem this was because of other people and not CPS.

My experience is with Emma George and I can say that she's brilliant. Very polite, helpful, and responsive.

This is the second time I’ve been a tenant of CPS’ and I’ve never been disappointed. Rhys Owen in particular has always gone above and beyond to ensure I am happy with the properties, consistently being prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend to students & young professionals.

Bought a flat being marketed by CPS having looked at a number of properties. CPS were the most professional and helpful agent we dealt with. They are clearly acting for the seller and aiming to present the property in the most favourable way, but then that’s their job.

I've never let through cps homes and I never will. How can this company, with the country and housing market in the state that it is, not allow house viewings because there's too much demand? They want tenants to commit to a tenancy, promising a huge chunk of their wages every month, based off a few pictures and a bad video (having 1 second shots cut to music isn't helpful - at LEAST give a walk-through video and a floor plan?!). What actually are the employees doing all day if they're not helping people find homes? The whole thing is appalling in my opinion.

We were impressed when we first met you at the flat and had no doubt that you were the best option in a crowded market. That conviction was eminently justified.

Over the years we have dealt with quite a number of estate agents and I can honestly say that CPS have been the best. I was particularly impressed by the business like way your staff remarketed the property when our original buyer disappeared. At every step of the way you have kept us informed of what was going on.

I have already recommended CPS to some friends and will continue to do so.
Would that all Estate Agents were like CPS!

Managed my property for several years and then handled the sale. Excellent services throughout. Good communications, transparent costing, and a consistent high standard of customer service. Certainly recommend in all respects.
