Worst estate agent I have ever experienced- Unfortunately as a tennant I cannot take them to court because I would if I could! I have never had such appalling treatment - Not only have their employees lied to us- which has been recognised by their Director, but they have failed to respond to repeated calls to address issues with our rental property that have been lodged for over a year now- staff changes have led to lost files, complete mismanagement and zero action. No apologies and no response to phone calls and emails. If you are a LANDLORD DO NOT USE them you will be paying for no service at all- if you are Tennant- record every interaction by email as they will lose everything on their side. ZERO stars if it were possible

Until recently, I have been a landlord for 10 years and Brinsons have helped me to find tenants and set up tenancy contracts. I have dealt with several members of staff over the years, all of which have been very helpful and professional. I would particularly like to thank Matthew, who has been consistently supportive and whilst I managed the property myself, Matthew was always on hand to offer helpful advice and guidance whenever I called.

I recently enlisted the services of Brinsons to sell my property in Monmouthshire. They had been recommended to me and although the norm is to use a local estate agents, from my very first dealings with them, I knew I’d made the right decision. Tony, the Sales Director was outstanding throughout and both from him and his fabulous team, the communication was first class. I really haven’t got a bad thing to say about anyone in their office and special thanks to Jonathan, Linda and Meghan in particular who I dealt with regularly. The end result was huge interest in my property with many viewings, a quick sale (at well over the asking price) and 100% customer satisfaction from me. Would highly recommend to anyone and am really delighted with my decision to use their services.

Wouldn't recommend - applied for a property 3 weeks ago, everything was accepted and confirmed, had my sofa arranged for delivery there, a van booked. They changed the moving date 4 times and then turned around and said I couldn't have the property. Left with 2.5 weeks to find a property with a 3 month old baby.

From the initial contact made through to the taking on of my new home Matthew and his team have made this stressful process as light as a feather especially with the high demand of people wanting the same property and the Christmas period upon us. I have been dealing with Daniel Jones and his service has been exceptional. My commercial unit was previously on the market for over a year with another agent before Daniel was instructed through a recommendation. I do not live locally and so I relied on Daniel's experience and expertise to lead me through this and he definitely delivered. If you are looking to sell with an agent with your best interest in mind then I would recommend this firm.
