Very helpful and friendly, unfortunately the property we were looking at had already had an offer on it which had been accepted. However, I have noticed another property which has been up for sale for at least a fortnight and to date hasn't yet appeared on the website, if I was the owner of said property I wouldn't be very happy. Maybe it will be on there soon.

My son was interested in a house in National st, Tywyn. We rang to get a viewing, someone was going to ring us back, i expained he was only in the area for a few days so would need to be quick. This was last Thursday and still no call back. Lost out on potential sale now. if i was the owner of the house i would not be happy.
