My experience as a whole with Peter Alan and the amazing staff, Rhys Minty and Sarah Clue at the Pontypridd branch was undeniably exceptional. Prior to moving into my new property i was eager to move and my situation was urgent, when I met Rhys for the first viewing he was professional and excellent at informing me of the information I needed to know. Rhys supported me through the entire journey and I felt overwhelmed with satisfaction and guidance. If you are prepared to move in straight away and have all the resources prepared then Peter Alan are extraordinarily! Everything was felt with timely and smoothly in my opinion and I certainly highly recommend them to anyone who considers renting with them. The property I have let with them is immaculate and I love the place. I will be forever be great full with the service I received and will always hold Rhys and Sarah in high regard. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you so much for your help and support in everything. AMAZING service from Mark Wilton ! I never thought we needed a mortgage advisor until we met Mark. Extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly what to do to get us the deal we needed , made the process super fast and easy. Reliable , always kept his word and timing . I had an experience with a different advisor before , and Mark is just on another level ! I can't recommend him enough . I will definitely use his services every single time we need advice.

I went to see Mark Wilton prior to COVID regarding getting a mortgage as a first time buyer, and he was very thorough. What I'd say puts him above and beyond is that throughout the last 18 months he has kept in touch with me and offered updates and insights as to what is happening, even once his "part" was completed. Most of this was prior to having received even a penny from me, and he put in the offer for the house for me on his day off. He was both my first and last point of contact in regards to buying my first home and has been the most reliable and responsive person I have met on this journey.
