Abbie held our hand through the process and although we had a few twists and turns, it was relatively smooth and painless, thanks in no small part to the team's kindness and professionalism. Probably the best estate agents I've worked with. We were buying a property through Cobb Amos and Abigail/Emma (Knighton branch) were fantastically helpful and supportive of us throughout. If I had a choice I would have paid Cobb Amos rather than my solicitors who were useless! Strongly recommend them, they will make buying or selling your house a much less painful process!

We have just recently purchased our first home via Cobb Amos. Abbie was extremely helpful through the very long winded (through no fault of Cobbs or ours) process. She went above and beyond with her customer service allowing us many viewings and kept communication with us throughout. Being first time buyers we had several questions during each stage of the sale which Abbie always answered immediately and professionally. We can not thank Abbie and Emma for all their hard work!

Can't recommend Cobb Amos highly enough. When our own estate agent let us down, staff at Cobb Amos stepped up to the task of assisting us. Abbie in particular worked very hard to keep everyone in a long chain – and in a nail-biting situation – in the picture, and to move things along. She phoned us most days to provide updates, was highly professional, sympathetic and motivated, and went above and beyond to serve her own clients as well as us. Thanks Abbie! If we decide to move on from our current home, Cobb Amos will be our choice of estate agent.

Abigail patiently showed me around the house on three different trips, was lovely and welcoming about the area and I felt honest and open about the house itself. She made me feel really comfortable and it was such a great intro to the house, no wonder I came back 3 times! She was also always quick and responsive which I really appreciate.

Emma then looked after the sale process once my offer was accepted, and was a big help in passing on information and helping to move along the sale. She was really friendly and helped make the process as stress free as possible. I'm a first time buyer but Emma never made me feel like my queries were silly, which I'm really grateful for.

Emma & Elliot at Cobb Amos were exceptional in getting our house sold! They went out of their way to get the sale through.

Our house had the asking price accepted within 4 days in October 2020, with incredible interest and multiple viewings in that first week, thanks to Cobb Amos in Knighton. Then things got tricker with a chain of 7 houses and 11 solicitors involved. Abbie and Emma expertly kept everyone on track (not just us and our buyers) with the final exchange and completion coming within 2 days of each other in March 2021, after what appeared to be a collapse in the chain below us. Cobb Amos did a fantastic job!
