Fantastic service from start to finish. My sale was handled by experienced, professional, approachable staff who provided regular updates regarding viewings and the sale as it progressed. I would strongly recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking to sell their property.

Chris and his team from start to finish of helping us sell our house where professional and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they had a plan which worked. My partner and I applied for a tenancy and returned the paperwork the next day, after a week of no response, we phone Whitegates. Their response was simply "We haven't heard anything from the landlord yet." - We give them another week to get in touch with the landlord, phone them again, same statement.

Finally, we go into their office to speak with them to which they reply "Your application was denied" with no further information as to why or anything else.

I'd avoid this location at all costs. Terrible staff, terrible agency.

We have recently bought our first home through Whitegates and they have been brilliant from start to finish.

Kim has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process and has made it much more stress free - thank you so much! Kim has always gone the extra mile to help in anyway she could. She really is a credit to the Whitegates team!

Also I would just like to say how brilliant Ian was when we first viewed the property! He was very friendly and made us feel at ease whilst we looked around and felt we were able to ask any questions that sprung to mind, which was great!

Every time i request to view a house i get a call back information, help with organising the viewing. and also recommendations of other properties. We have recently sold a house in Wrexham but live in England 60 miles away.
Our experience with the Whitegates Wrexham team, Yvonne in particular, was very good. Given that, due to the pandemic, there were both separate and simultaneous lockdowns at different times in place across Wales and England it was remarkable that the sale went so smoothly.
We found the team to be professional and responsive, returning calls speedily and our relationship with Yvonne who negotiated the sale was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Very poor service , the staff were very rude ,they wasted my time.
Why accept my offer at 4.30pm, be provided with 90 percent proof of funds, solicitors details and Necessary ID'S by close of business, be given remaining proof of funds as soon as possible the following morning (continuous communication letting you know your organising this)........to then be told they accepted another higher offer.....you need someone more organised??

Which part of this was not organised? Not even 24 hours to be able to provide what's required?
