We used Helen and her team to let our house in Denbigh. I had phoned a few agents but when I spoke to Helen I knew that she was the one. She was professional, gave good advice and communicated well to keep us in the loop. I seldom give 5 stars, but it is well deserved; as a landlord I can highly recommend them.

I was continually impressed throughout the process of searching for and renting our new home. Dealing with Helen, she was fantastic: professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. When we weren't successful for the first home we looked at, Helen went above and beyond to find us other options - some of which hadn't yet been listed on the open market. Application and referencing was simple, with a mostly digital process (thank god!). Communication from Helen was quick and she delivered on everything she promised.

I can not recommend Helen and Monopoly enough - it's no surprise to me that most of the properties for let/sale around Denbigh are listed with Monopoly!

From first meeting Helen, the whole process of renting a property has been stress free. She has been fantastic! My husband works in North Wales and had been living out of Airbnbs for five months. I’d tried several agents in different towns in North Wales on a flying visit to try to sort something for him. Most of them were ‘computer says no’ experiences. Quite disheartening.
Helen, however, was a breath of fresh air! Incredibly efficient, knowing exactly what was available, showing me round a potential property there and then.
When that didn’t work out, Helen went the extra mile to recommend another option that hadn’t even been listed on the open market. Application and referencing was a doddle. Communication from Helen was fantastic and she pushed for a speedy completion. Husband was in the bungalow within 3 weeks!

From start to finish all the Monopoly staff were a pleasure to deal with. I am very impressed with the team in the Denbigh office, it feels like a great place to work in. They are friendly and helpful and made the whole moving process go smoothly. We also had a good laugh with Helen who is quite a character.

I recently moved to Wales for work and have had a very difficult time finding a property to rent. After the whole experience of searching through right move, for a property to rent. And seeing properties of our preferred choice listed then constantly coming up to "Sorry that property has already gone..." We were fortunate to come across the team at Monopoly, especially Helen Evans.

She sat us down and from then she was charming. She made us feel as though she'd been a friend for ages. Once we had explained to her what we were looking for, she suggested a property for us to view, and we fell in love with it.

From then on Helen proceeded to smooth away all the peaks and the troughs in applying for the tenancy.
She saw that we really wanted the property and negotiated with the Landlady on our behalf, putting all the advantages for us renting the property, to the point of us being accepted for the tenancy.

living in the same property for over 20 years in England. It was time to move on as the rent was getting overly expensive, so a weeks holiday was taken to explore North Wales rental market.

If it wasn't for the chance that we went into Monopoly and met Helen on that day and time, then it might be likely that we would be back in Stevenage now still looking for a property. And obviously not in this beautiful property that Helen managed to secure for us.
