The staff at Hunters in Llandrindod are quite simply amazing. They work so hard for their clients. Paul has a great knowledge of the local area and a real talent for “matching” buyers and properties. He also has a sensible grasp on local pricing meaning that properties that they sell are less likely to fall through due to undervaluations by mortgage company surveyors. In addition to this their after sales service is second to none. Rachel chases everything with absolutely everyone and updates you regularly on progress. I can not recommend these guys enough. Use them! You will not regret it!

Such friendly, helpful and professional staff. We can not recommend this team enough. Nothing was too much trouble when selling our house. The advert was clear, bright and thoroughly researched. Clearly a lot of time spend on it and it sold within 2 weeks :)

I highly recommend this firm. Excellent service - prompt, knowledgeable, thoughtful and effective. My house was sold in a couple of weeks after lingering on the market with other agents for two years. All staff were extremely helpful and professional. A rare gem in the business.

Paul and Rachel looked after us from the first to the last. Paul's knowledge of a swiftly changing lockdown market placed the highest valuation of the 3 agents who valued our property and introduced us to our buyer within the first week on the market. One buyer in the chain was a bit problematic and they both worked really hard to chase the other solicitors and estate agents for information so they could keep us updated. In the twists and turns their advice was sound and reliable, backed up by their wealth of experience. Added to all this, they are such lovely people too. We can recommend them wholeheartedly. Couldn't be bothered to call us back after repeated polite attempts to sell our house and buy in the area.

Wanted 1%+ VAT for sitting waiting for an email or phone call but nothing more to offer.

Rachel and Paul need to stop promising to reply and consider their customer service urgently.

You've lost our business due to your laziness and arrogance.

A very pleasant gentleman came out to value our property. 4 months later after numerous phone calls we are still waiting for a valuation or feedback.

Llandrindod Wells branch, i would not recommend, if you have split up with a partner and have joint ownership of a property and they are aware of it, make sure you check they put both owners down on any correspondence and make sure they keep you both in the loop, also make sure they don't evade your questions.

My experience with Hunters from start to finish has been abysmal! Not only are Rachel & Paul incompetent of fulfilling the role of an estate agent, but they are also extremely arrogant people, especially Paul. Both are prepared to lie through their teeth to cover up!
Neither had the decency to contact me when my property fell through on two occasions, simply telling me that it wasn't their job!!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!
