Really professional, helpfull and bags of advice

I viewed and bought my first house through Mark Adams Estates and they were brilliant from the first meeting. I personally dealt with Adam and he came across as professional but also down to earth and friendly. He didn’t come across as a sleazy sales person like some other estate agents that I have dealt with. He was honest and professional at all times.

He helped through the process of communication with the seller at all times and whenever I rung or emailed him he was very quick to respond and never took longer than a day to get back to me.

Overall I have a very high opinion of Mark Adams Estates and I shall be using them when I place my current house on the market. I cannot recommend them enough.

These guys are so good! We were selling our beloved family home (3 siblings) after the death our Mother. Adam, of Mark Adams was so sympathetic and caring. He took care of everything, evaluating prospective purchasers, advising us on procedures and even taking into account our belief that our home should not be sold to just anyone. We wanted it taken care off (sound daft but it was an emotional time). The house is now with a loving family and we as a family can move on. I would advise anyone in our situation to go to Mark Adams Estates to sell your home.
