Needed to get in touch with a mortgage advisor urgently, popped into the Brynmawr branch and had a word with Melissa and explained to her why I needed advise. She was so friendly and understanding, and was able to put me in touch with one of their advisors whose name is Dan. He advised me of the best way forward to suit my needs, problem solved. I have since called back to the Brynmawr branch to thank Melissa for her sound advice, she was so pleased she had been able to help me out. She is a real credit to her profession and I would highly recommend the professional service and advice they offer.

They were attentive, responsible and very knowledgeable. Sara, who dealt with our transactions was always available to answer questions and provide guidance. We had an offer accepted on a home through Bidmead Cook and felt supported throughout the experience. Every phone call was answered, every email responded to promptly. As first time buyers we were clueless but Jeanne went above and beyond to answer our questions and direct us. From our initial contact through the Brynmawr office up until the phone call today the service has been supportive and transparent. Unfortunately our sale did not reach completion due to other issues (out of Bidmead Cook’s hands) but I have no problem in recommending Bidmead Cook’s services to everyone and look forward to using their services in the future.

Just visited as lockdown restrictions are being lifted. No animals at the moment but once explained why, it made sense. Great day out, fascinating castle and grounds. Great story about Fon and Mom. Our 2 year old loved the dinosaurs. The adults loved the pizza. All the staff were friendly and obviously loved where they worked. Will definitely be visiting again.
