If your looking to sell or rent your property in and around the Swansea area Fresh should be your first choice in agent.

I Have used fresh to find me tenants and to sell a family members property. They were quick to respond to any query, priced the properties well and found me a buyer and renter in a very short space of time!

Well done Fresh, keep up the good work!

WARNING TO STUDENTS. Do NOT rent from this agency. I rented from them for my final year and 4 years on it's still haunting me. When i moved in, the place was dirty and the garden was full of rubbish (including rusty knives!). When we had a leak in the kitchen roof which set off the fire alarms, instead of fixing the leak they disconnected the fire alarm system and painted over the damp ceiling! A few months after moving out, I got contacted by a debt collector for an outstanding electricity bill which was for a period where i no longer lived there! (Tenancy ended 30/06 and bill was for 02/07 onwards). I tried cancelling our bills before moving out but needed a new name to put on the account and when i asked Fresh they said that they sort that out and i should leave it to them, clearly i never should have trusted them! And today, 4 years later, i get another letter from a debt collector for the gas supplier for a bill that (again!) Is for the period after my tenancy!! The worst part, is that i know I'm not a one off case. I had other friends who also rented from fresh in different houses and also have had similar issues.
Stay away from them!!!

indeed the fire alarm is a legal requirement in a HMO property which is why it's even more shocking that it was left disconnected for so long.

i did let an individual room, but i was the first person to move into the property meaning that the rubbish and dirt had not been cleared since the previous academic year. i was also told when viewing the property that it would all be cleared before i moved in, it wasn't for months after i moved in.

i have also now spoken to the utility companies who have told me that my name was actually left on the accounts long after the last day of my tenancy which is why they contacted me. they quickly agreed that the outstanding payments were indeed not mine. once again this shows you will fabricate any excuse necessary to avoid any responsibilities. instead saying that everyone you disagree with is wrong, why not take accountability and have the decency to apologies.

We have rented our house in Swansea with Fresh lettings for the last year and since Oliver started he has been an excellent property manager. Oliver has always responded very quickly to any issues we had with the property and made sure these were resolved to a high standard. Thanks Oliver for all your help with the house and making sure our stay at the property has always gone smoothly.

Rented a flat through Fresh for 6 months, absolutely no problems, always very prompt when reporting stuff. Lovely staff, really easy to talk to and get hold and very accommodating when I was moving out and across the country for work. Would 100% recommend renting through them! ^_^

Fresh offer a professional service, as trustee of a trust fund which rents to students, the team a great job finding students, collecting funds and making inventory checks. The team also advise on updates and have a good network of contractors for repairs/ maintenance / fire safety. They are also well connected to Swansea council.

Had a solid relationship with them, renting for over 4 years with no faults on our end or theirs.

Then they took most of our deposit for terrible reasons. They make the actual landlords look bad. Fresh increased our rent during our tenancy

I'm sure all agencies are like this but if you have the option, try somewhere else first.

They all do their job badly and then blame it on the people just trying to live in the end.

I've yet to find estate agents that are actually competent. They are just middle men that make everything more complicated.

Fair accurate advice given on both options of selling and renting.
Two advisors came to inspect our property, providing relevant information. We felt they were professional, polite and not at all pushy. We were given a comprehensive info pack to remind us of all that had been discussed. The other thing I liked was that they responded quickly to emails with answers to any questions we had. Highly recommend Fresh Estate and Letting Agents.
