Paula was amazing from start to finish when we rented a property from Peter Alan recently. We were treated well and Paula provided us with all the information and support required to complete our application. We are very happy in our new home - thank you so much!

Avoid - Booked a house valuation appointment but they no showed. Phoned them up and it turned out one of the staff "forgot to put it in the diary". I had to take valuable time to leave work for this and it was disappointing to receive an unprofessional service with such a lack of regard to the customer. Selling a house is a long process and communication is key and they failed at the first hurdle. Won't be using them again in future.

Paula handled the rental process professionally, she went out of her way in supporting me putting the property back into rental standards, she worked tirelessly and very efficiently in getting everything done to a high standard and in a timely manner, for this I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I am very pleased with them. They came to me when I struggled with another estate agent. As soon as I switched to them I felt like, Yes, they are the right one.
I need to special thanks to Lisa Owens helping me throughout the process. She is very professional and supportive.

Jack was exceptional in his services and extremely positive and helpful in the process of me and my finding finding a home, throughly recommend him to anyone in same position.

A great team, Jack was particularly helpful and proactive sending us details and letting us know when new properties came to the market.

The worst estate agent I have had to deal with. Some staff are very abrupt and there's no communication within the team. Awful service.

Leaving this review to thanks The team at Peter Alan for the hard work and professionalism shown in the process of getting our property sold. Rhiannon and the team at the Gorseinon took a lot of stress and pressure out of the equation and made the whole experience very enjoyable! Nothing was too much trouble and I could phone or email Rhiannon and Jonathan at any time. I was always met with a helpful and Friendly reply.

I will be using these guys again. Highly recommend to others!
