White and Jones have been nothing less than amazing since we chose them to fully manage our property. There is a real family feel to their work ethic and the office culture. They have always helped us, been supportive and provided the best contractors to maintain our property, always providing fair prices and completing work to an excellent standard. I used White and Jones to sell my property and the service I received was fantastic, there were a few issues on the buyers side but Laura kept me informeded every step of the way and chased the buyer and their solicitors to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Forwarded the photograph displaying the rubbish out DAYS before the council collection and reported the foul smell emanating from the green bins and the response was they did not consider it to be a Environmental Department matter even though they are being paid to manage the property and all that it entails! Referred the issue to the council and Rent Smart Wales. Received an email from Laura telling US to knock the door of the rental property , wanting us to do the job for them! Are they being deliberately obtuse? The rubbish remains on the pavement! (See the posted answer).

Initial communication was easy and a virtual tour was great to first view the property. The house is smart, clean and bright. Since moving in any queries are addressed quickly and Laura has always been there to help promptly. It's really great to have such friendly letting agents to work with.

I chose Laura to manage the rental of my house because I was SO impressed with her when she showed me a house to buy. She was there before me. Greeted my on the drive. She had turned on lights, opened windows and prepared the house for the viewing. She knew everything about it. I have used 7 estate agents, between Surrey and Swansea and Laura was BY FAR the most professional.
You would not be disappointed.
She now manages my rental home with some fabulous Tennant's that she vetted herself.
