I recently used Reeds Rains Preston to find an property to rent in the City. The service was amazing, I asked to a view a property at short notice which they accommodated and meant I was able to find a home I love.

Lucy was a massive help and constantly updated me with what was going on and what needed to completed next. Very professional and helpful.

I would highly recommend Reeds Rains to anyone needing an Estate Agent in the Preston area.

Thanks!

Reeds Rains Preston handled the purchase, letting and recent sale of my property and I have received excellent service from the whole team throughout the last 10 years. Special mention to Sue for her hard work and determination to see my sale through to completion. Highly recommended.

A fantastic service from Reeds Rains, Preston. From the very first meeting with Rebecca McAteer throughout to completion, everything was done to such a high and professional standard. Every aspect of the house sale was made so straight forward with absolutely no stress at all. Every member of the staff were attentive, professional and a joy to deal with. Thank you all for making this so easy for us. I highly recommend this amazing agency.

Thank you Reeds Rains for your amazing service. You sold my Mum’s house early this year. The sale fell through but you managed to resell it within a couple weeks. Can’t thank Sue and the team enough for their hard work. Would definitely use the team again

Went to Reeds in Preston, did one viewing at a property that needed work on. Next day they took the holding deposit, with no application and with no names being put down on any application. Asked for the holding deposit. Which they received, then told us to fill out the application, without giving time for us to think about the property and it’s current cost. At this point it’s only been a few days since they’ve taken the holding deposit for an application, but which there wasn’t an application to begin with. Around the present time, a family member passes, we explain our circumstances and we tell Reeds that our situation as dramatically changed unexpectedly and right now is not time for us to go forward and fill out the application. So please could we have the holding deposit back? The answer we got was no, then the phone got cut off during conversation, tried to call back and got no answer. Taking this action further for investigation.

Despite a long drawn out first time house purchase for my daughter, Reeds Rains were first class, Sue Taylor especially in keeping us updated & informed. We will have no hesitation in using them again in future.

I have been trying to get an appointment for a detached properly at Preston for last two weeks so far I was not able to get one. They are not returning the calls back as they promised after contacting the owner. If you are a foreigner they ignore you and try not to deal with you even though you have money ready to buy the property and that is what called "Racism" when expressing things in black and white format. You cannot generalise foreigners, some of them might don't turn up for appointments and withdraw from buying commitment but not all of them. When you are on business you must prepared for worst and best and that is what called customer care and which defines that customer is king and he is always right. You better to train staff for caring customers and not for being racist.

Excellent support and communication through the collapse of a chain and while building a new one in a matter of weeks. A particular thanks to Sue who was relentless in chasing solicitors and other estate agents further down the chain.
