We have recently sold a property in Winchester and requested Pearsons to assist with the process. Sam and his entire team were excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt we had personal attention through all stages of the sale. Even though we encountered some unexpected third party delays, Pearsons were extremely patient and at no time did we feel hurried or pressured. All our questions were answered in a prompt and efficient manner, we felt fully informed at all times and Sam's excellent local knowledge was a huge advantage. We would fully recommend Pearson's to anyone thinking of selling (or buying) a property in the Winchester area and we thank Sam and his team for helping make the whole process as smooth as possible.
