Prospect Estate Agents & Letting Agents Farnborough

I’ve been with the Prospect Farnborough for good 4 years+ with 2 of my properties being let and managed by the team. Starting from Simon, then my property managers Carla, and Katie and now Jordan helping me find a tenant for one of my property in no time. All are professionals 🫡

I would highly advise against using Prospect’s estate agents.
Jordan was brilliant to start with in securing my business, but as soon as the contract was signed it was a downhill experience.
I was let down, pressured into making decisions and spending money very early on by both the estate agents and the “Transaction Support Team” and lied too.
As a result I am heavily out of pocket, with nothing to show for it except additional stress and no empathy or understanding from the Prospect team.

To make it even more difficult, I was unable to make a formal complaint as the person I wanted to complain about was the person responsible for receiving complaints

Couldn't ask for more from the Prospect team. From the house viewing to recommending solicitors/mortgage advisors.

I had issues with the solicitors at first and Jordan and Darren at prospect were extremely helpful and efficient in contacting them on my behalf to get the issues resolved. They went above and beyond.

Great service and communication from the team.. especially Matthew. First experience as a landlord, he and the letting team has helped me in the process and made it easy. I Would like to recommend Prospect Farnborough for anyone looking to rent out their place!
