I had a very bad experience with previous advisor and letting agent so was a bit stress about whole process to start again, especially i am single parent trying to buy. We had our own estate agents marketing our property but I often found myself calling Tom for help or advice as he gave so much time and attention to helping. Great service from Evie when initially inquiring on a high end property, friendly informative & not pushy. Viewing with her also did not disappoint, professional, organised , approachable & trustworthy. G&C also appear to have all the services in house legal/financial etc to facilitate a purchase.
