Fantastic service from both Maria and Clare. We went into the branch to inquire about one house and Maria also mentioned another about to come to market. We viewed the house, which was lovely and made an offer but were beaten by a better offer. Undeterred, Maria contacted us the next day and told us the good news that she had negotiated with a one time potential vendor on the same street, and that they were happy to bring the house back on the market. Clare arranged that I could view the house, immediately after she had valued it, and then ensured that my wife was also able to see it the same day.
