Terrible. They'll be super nice and helpful when you're first signing a contract with them, but for any issues after that, they're so useless and annoying to deal with. My roommate and I were told we could do a tenancy swap later on if one of us were to leave (made to sound like a simple process) and when I went to do this, it was such a nightmare. I had to call basically every day for an update on the process, put on hold for ages each time. If I didn't nag them, I don't think they ever would have completed the process. We were told it would take 4 weeks, it's been about 2 months and still not finalized. The new tenant has already moved in because it's been so long. I literally just called to find out why our contract hasn't been confirmed yet, despite all parties signing it about 2 weeks ago, and I got put on hold multiple times told I was being transferred to the tenancy department only to never reach anyone from this department.....

Honestly avoid Foxtons if you can and don't let their initial kindness fool you. They're only helpful when they have something to gain from it. Once you've signed the lease, you're on your own and they don't care. Also side note why do they have a breakup song as their hold song??? I'm going mad

We had a great experience with Foxtons Kingston branch. They’re very accommodating, especially Coral. She helped us a lot during the viewing, toured us around and she picked the perfect flats for us to view. She really did an amazing job! I have just become a tenant. Making this happen was no small task, as there was a lot of pressure from us to get it sorted very quickly. We owe it all to Lauren Morgan, from the Kingston office, because she took wonderful care of us. She kept looking for the best possible deals, she would inform us promptly about news, and she really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and everything would get sorted as soon as possible.
