Olivia was the best agent we had - really understanding of what we were looking for and contacting us when something appropriate came up (before going up on Rightmove etc). We didn't buy anything from KFH in the end but I wanted to write a review as she was such a help.

I sold my flat very quickly with KFH after having tried various high street agents with no luck. Within a month of putting the property on the market with KFH there was an offer with a very motivated buyer who had the financial back up to purchase. Therefore they do their due diligence amazingly. Thank you Sian Fontaine (you were in Crystal Palace KFH but now a director and deservedly at the Brockley office). I would recommend that anyone who wants to buy or sell a property to deal with KFH. Highly recommend this estate agent and wouldn't go with anyone else in the future. We had a good experience with KFH Brockley when we purchased our first property. Sometimes there was a bit slow response time when we asked to look at properties. We was shown many properties and Brian was very patient with us. When we finally made an offer, he was very good at following up and push through the sale!

I viewed a property with Kandiss a few months ago and she was really lovely and engaging. Even though I didn't make an offer on that flat she continued to suggest flats that met my specifications, a personal touch which felt miles from previous negative experiences trying to find a place to rent. When I found one that I loved she was excellent throughout both the viewing and the offer process--very knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had such a positive experience with an estate agent before. Azfarul has gone and continues to go above and beyond for us in our new home, helping us get the perfect house and continuing to help us as we settle in. Kandiss also helped us last minute with a viewing, which she did not have to do (thank you!) Since moving in, Gitwa has also been so helpful, both of them responding to us on the day and anything being sorted out immediately. My husband & I were looking for a family home with KFH Brockley and Az Hye was amazing. He was very attentive and listened to everything we said we were looking for. We haven't found a property yet but Az keeps us updated on anything new coming in he thinks might be suitable for us.
