I just moved to London, looking for a flat when I replied to one of Elizabeth Scott's adverts. In the next day, I had an appointment to view a lovely flat in Richmond and 3 days later I moved in.
Some may say that it is luck. Could be. However, the amazing work done by the agents at Elizabeth Scott must not be unnoticed: always available, extremely kind, the whole process of reference and contract went very smoothly. Strongly recommend - ask for Julia - she is great!

We've just moved out of a property in Surbiton which was let by Elizabeth Scott and from start to finish it's been a breeze. Full deposit returned, plenty of notice when wanting show prospective tenants around whilst we were still living there and everyone has been polite and courteous.

Julia & co have been nothing short of brilliant. If you're a conscientious tenant then you've nothing to worry about.

We have been using this agency for around 5years now. As landlords living abroad we need someone who is reliable and efficient. Julia and Elizabeth Scott are exactly that. They found us good tenants, they resolve any issues with the property in short order, and always provide payment and statements on time. We have found them to be friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They also have very reasonable rates.
Look no further if you want a great agent.

3 months I have been renting with this agency and got a VERY good experience, my agent Julia was very professional and kind to me and my partner. We really appreciate to get an appointment for viewing 2 days after my call. The fees are a bit expensive, 135pounds for leaving taken on our deposit, but this agency is a good experience, so thank you !

As a landlord I have used Elizabeth Scott for over 5 years and each time they have let my property quickly and have been very efficient and helpful throughout the process. Also they are extremely fast to transfer the initial rent monies to me at the start of the tenancy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them based on my experience.

The agents has no interest in helping you with any issue. We've rented a house throughout this agency and we had some problems even from the begining but it wasn't no involvement neither from the landlord neither from the agency .And at the end of the contract they found a lot of things to keep us a considerable amount of the deposit even if the clerk said that the house was looking even better.

Read the several bad reviews on here and they tell the same story.... incompetent, unprofessional and lazy. Mainly, I'll never forget the way Renata spoke to me very rudely and pressured me into signing contract for a property they nor the landlord had bothered to inspect prior to my tenancy- the place was falling to pieces and in a disgusting state of disrepair with even the bathroom ceiling collapsing. Was that why you were in such a rush to get me to sign up before I inspected the place myself? Landlord and Elizabeth Scott then proceeded to blame each other for the mistake. No help at all and pretty much useless all around. I've been looking forward to writing this review after much protracted back and to trying to get my full deposit back. Be careful how you speak to customers Renata because you come across as extremely rude and I will steer clear of your company in future and advise others to do the same.

Not too sure what they are thinking having someone like Renata working there. Never met a letting agent as rude and as judgmental as her, not sure how someone doing a flat viewing could offend in such a small space of time. After I told her my occupation and my income she then asked “how do you plan on paying for it” ? I played it off then when I told her I wanted it and to send the paperwork through she said she had more 4 more viewings the next day and that she would email me ? In my experience with lettings it is first come first serve, not longing out the process or giving me the impression that she did not want me to personally have it. Not first bad review mentioning Renata sounds like shes the problem, will not be using this agency moving forward based off of her judgmental and prejudicial behaviour. Take it how you want it, but unless you are white cancel your booking with Renata and ask for another agent as I believe my skin colour/background played a big part in her behaviour towards me and believe I was stereotyped.
