From their first visit to the house the staff at James Alexander have been a delight to work with. Their initial estimate felt realistic and was backed up by actual sale prices. Photos were excellent and the selling price was cleverly worded as 'offers over'. Within 2 days of going on the market we had 10 viewings and 6 offers, most of them considerably above the named price. The subsequent sale to the highest bidder moved smoothly to exchange and completion. Staff were both friendly and efficient, if one was away another member of staff was always available to clear up queries. Highly recommended.

We used them when we bought the house almost 5 years ago and were very happy to use them again this time! We worked mostly with Caroline although with some input from Ewa and Ken - they were very good at keeping things moving, representing our interests and being very clear about the whole process (as this was only our second sale/purchase and we appreciated the guidance).
