Winkworth were extremely helpful throughout our selling and buying process, which was a long and complex one. In particular, the progression team was absolutely fantastic - hugely helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us through a wide range of challenging scenarios related to both sale and purchase. We always felt we were getting reliable, expert advice, and they were quick to respond and always reassuring.

I must say that Jake, Rose and Debbie at Winkworth Harringay made the entire process of selling my home as stress free as possible. From the first valuation meeting through to completion, I found their approach to be very professional and reassuring. I was kept informed at all stages of the process and when there was a hiccup with the first buyer (who unfortunately had to pull out of the purchase) the Team worked hard to find another buyer within a couple of days so that there was as little disruption as possible. Very difficult to summarise how amazing Winkworth (Debbie and Rose) have been during the purchase of my first home. Having been renting for a few years and become disillusioned and disheartened in my search for a home, along came Rose who showed me a few homes and then called me up, out of the blue, to tell me about another home that ticked all the boxes (garden, near my football team etc.)

They organised a viewing straight away and helped me to agree on a price for the property rapidly and put me in touch with Debbie who was instrumental in nudging things along and answering all my questions to ensure that my tight timescale for completion could be met. This was my first encounter with Winkworth and needless to say, I hope it won't be my last. Highly recommend other buyers to use Winkworth.

Absolutely shocked at the pure unprofessionalism of their sale progressor Debbie Oliver. Her seller sent over a gas surveyor for an up to date survey, he completely trashed the front of the property ripping up the bushes and completely destroying the meter cover after he refused tools that I had in the shed. I communicated this with Debbie, and true to her fashion - she babbled useless words at me, told me the surveyor wasn’t offered tools (not true, he turned them down), told me I was being unfair and hung up the phone on me. Debbie has also hung up on the agent that is selling the property that I am to buy, this was when that agent was doing her job chasing for some timeline information. There is another member of their sales progression team, her first name is Rachel and she is very helpful. Rachel has been our only source of with getting this whole ordeal over the line and is the only team member I would recommend. Trying to get Debbie to respond or give you any useful information is an absolute no go.

Josh and his team were absolutely fantastic, our flat was sold quickly and at asking price (in a difficult market). I would highly recommend using Winkworth Harringay to sell or buy!
