Benham & Reeves - Ealing Estate Agents

Rented with B&R for just over 2 years. I have to say at first I was happy with their service and how efficient they were at getting me into the flat. However, upon my departure they smacked me with a nasty bill that set me back around £450 for basic wear and tear and also withholding my deposit. Luckily I have a friend who is a solicitor and managed to get the charged removed. Wouldn’t use again.

B&R has been the agency for the flat I have been living for 2.5 years now. Thus far, no bad experience. The team has been prompt to resolve any issues. The most recent experience with Claire on a heating issue was in banking terms an absolute 'customer delight'. Claire was a 'rockstar' and got through the procedures at her organisation swiftly in order to get the vendors to work & resolve the heating issue at my house. Otherwise also, my experience with Nick and others in the letting team has been good. Thumbs up to Claire specifically 👍

My experience with Benham & Reeves in getting my apartment was great. Particularly, the promptness of the team in responding to my requests (mails, texts, calls) even after work hours is really commendable. Also, the flexibility & support from the team during the process when there were last minute changes from my side as I had to move at an earlier date was great. I would definitely recommend Benham & Reeves to anyone looking to rent a property.

Sometimes a good service is not about doing something extraordinary. It's about getting the basics right. Having worked with different agencies during move-ins in the past, I can certainly say that Benham And Reeves have been the best to work with. Easy, approachable, responsive and have been a delight to work with. Never has been a move-in this easy and seamless. Big thanks to them.
