We have had very long road due to unexpected problems but Leah and Allan have been amazing throughout our sale process. Every issue that has been encountered Leah has been there to talk it through with us putting us at ease. We are now hopefully at the end and just wanted to say a big Thank you to Leah and Allan and we would highly recommend.

I have been so impressed by the service at Your Move , we’ve had a few complex questions to get answered and Allan in particular has shown us true professionalism and supported us in finding out answers we have needed . We are looking forward to completing the sale through Your Move and would definitely recommend their services especially when dealing with Allan . We can’t thank him enough for his flexibility and dedication to finding us the perfect property for our family .

Leah and Alan were very supportive and helpful in our purchase. They have gone extra mile to make sure that the transaction goes smoothly and also accommodated us to show the property to the builders. I would highly recommend them for their professional and friendly service.

I do not recommend this agency. I, my husband and one year old went for a viewing on Saturday 16th April, the person meant to show us the property did not show up. We proceeded to ask others at the sales suite- if the agency was there and they said they have not seen them. We waited for 40 minutes and continually called the agency and no one answered. Fast forward to today and we have been told the man was there and he waited for 15 minutes outside the property- so he was there, we were there and everyone else is somehow mistaken. Anyway no real apology or any resolution to the issue to ensure this doesn’t happen again if we were to try and view again, quite disappointed.

Reply to your move: No Your Move Bromley you certainly was not there and one thing I really dislike is the constant lying. Number one, there is a sales suite so why wouldn’t you wait there if you were supposedly there. This was the first place we went and asked for the person we were meant to meet, both people said they had not seen anyone from Your Move the whole day and they also said this is not the first time this has happened to people coming to view with this particular individual. You are unable to give a real apology and ensure such a thing won’t happen again, and give excuses upon excuses. We would have been happy to come back and view as long as we had certainty this wouldn’t happen again- like a contact number (I’m not sure why you don’t distribute work mobiles but, that’s another conversation). My family have gone on countless viewing and we have never had an issue with someone not turning up- utterly ridiculous. I actually give them a -1 review now.

I would like to say thank you to all the team but in particular to Leah. We had a complicated sale and she was so helpful and always responded quickly to emails. She really pulled the sale together and went above and beyond chasing the solicitors to get us to completion in time. Thx

Without her help the purchase wouldn't had been this quick due to my solicitors wasn’t helpful at all.
