I have recently started the process to buy my first ever home. To say it has been tough is an understatement. Lots of heartache, tears and frustration. Hannah at Reeds Rains has been an absolute star since I first got in touch with them about a property I had seen. There have been minor setbacks since, but Hannah has kept me informed all the way and has helped it become possible for me to have an offer accepted on a house I never thought I'd be lucky enough to get. Charlotte at Chester branch was absolutely amazing, so easy to communicate with. She went the extra mile and took all the pressure off. Well what can I say I bought an apartment , 59 Abbottswood Chester and from the moment I bought to the exchange of contracts Charles was always there for me , any questions or issues I had he sorted out for me, even after I moved in Charles phoned to check everything was ok . I can’t give a rating as there,s no such number to give , Charles was very professional and courteous and went that extra mile , the only estate agent I know that makes you feel special, Thanks Charles
