Belvoir Estate Agents & Lettings Cannock

Would not recommend! Trying to purchase 2 properties through them, and the lawyers they recommended to the vendors are extremely poor, very slow and unresponsive. The process has been unusually difficult all round.

If I could leave a zero review then I would, absolutely disgusting experience with Penny Watson who is at the cannock office. Penny has sent emails to my daughter trying to state she is still liable for all bills at her previous address until a new tenant takes over!
She also stated that my daughter can not have her deposit back until a new tenant takes over!
She said my daughter was liable for damage to the door of the property because she knew the name of the person that did the damage yet my daughter was away on holiday at the time of the incident!
The woman has no knowledge of the job she is doing, she has no knowledge of the lettings law!
Please avoid using this company for private lettings at all costs!!
On the plus side the chaps at the wednesbury office are very polite and helpful 👍

Sometimes I found info from Heidi whereas my solicitor failed to notify me. I really found the whole process from Belvoir Cannock really smooth and fast service. I have dealt with MANY estate agents during the past 12 months whilst searching for a property, it has been a very stressful, clumsy process, not least because COVID seems to have made everything ten times more complicated.
