I have recently moved into my first home which i purchased through Chilterns Mildenhall, I found the team to be professional, helpful and attentive. Chris guided us through the whole situation and was very caring and understanding of our first time buy.

We've just sold our house through Chilterns. The pictures and writeup were excellent with the price set at a sensible level based on expert advice and knowledge of the area. Andrew and the team at Brandon have been outstanding. The regular updates and advice throughout the whole process were very much appreciated. Andrew even offered help and advice on our purchase, even though it was via a rival estate agent. The fees are slightly higher than their rivals, but I felt that this was money well spent for the service we received.

We were actually purchasing a property through Chiltern’s. It was a bit of a roller coaster and in the end it unfortunately fell through due to our buyer pulling out at the last minute. However, I would like to praise the Chiltern’s team for their utmost dedication to us. They really pulled out all the stops in an effort to secure the purchase for us. I dealt primarily with Lucy, but if she ever was not in the office, Andrew knew exactly who I was and was fully conversant with the situation. Their professionalism and personal interaction was outstanding and so warm and friendly. I can’t thank them enough, and hope that I am able to buy through them in the future. Was professional at first until I met Sue. Her house inspections are up to insane standards. Failed me for having laundry on my couch and dishes in my sink, then wrote a letter to my landlord saying I was a terrible tenant. Glad I moved out when my lease ran up, please let her go and stop the whole inspections every 3 months, it’s unnecessary.

From initial contact for advice to finding tenants,everyone at Chilterns has been first class - they have helped and guided me every step of the way.I am so impressed with the friendly and professional staff,I would highly recommend them.Carol.
